Rain in Photos Effect

Hhm, hello it's me again :D
Now i'll share a Rain in Photos Effect, follow the steps, the steps are very simple my friend ;)
These steps are:

1. Open your picture file, now i use my own pic, see the picture below:

2. Create round with "Eclipse Tool". See the picture for detail:

3. Raterize the shape, right click in the right-middle toolbox, click "Raterize Layer"
4. Add effect section :D
    - Right click in the right-middle toolbox, click "Blending Options", or
    - Layer -> Layer Style -> Blending Options
    - Click at the Drop Shadow and this is the setting below:

    -Click at Inner Shadow and this is the setting below:

5. Then change the Mode from "Normal" to "Multiply". See the picture below for more detail:
